MidTN Notary provides dependable notary services for individuals, families, and businesses across Middle Tennessee. We offer both appointment-based notarizations and mobile service—so you can get documents notarized at a location that works for you. Our goal is simple: make the process easy, accurate, and professional. We notarize a wide range of common documents including affidavits, powers of attorney, travel consent forms, real estate-related paperwork, and business documents. Pricing is explained up front, and we’ll help you confirm what to bring before your appointment.
Bring your unsigned document and a valid government-issued photo ID. Most documents must be signed in the notary’s presence. If your document requires witnesses, you’ll typically need to provide them—ask ahead of time and we’ll confirm.

Apostille facilitation is a document handling and submission service. Apostilles and/or authentications are issued by the Tennessee Secretary of State. We are not a government agency and cannot guarantee acceptance, processing times, or outcomes. Requirements may vary by destination country and document type.
Notes: Mobile fee is per appointment/location. A “stamp” refers to one notarial act. If witnesses are required, clients typically provide them. Total pricing is confirmed before notarization begins.
